Cabbage Soup Diet Plan
This is one of the most popular diet plans and helps you lose 10 to 15 pounds in seven days. As the very name suggests, it involves eating soup with raw vegetables and fruits. Each day you can binge on low calorie vegetables such as cabbage, tomato and onions flavored with bouillon, onion soup mix, and tomato juice. You are allowed to eat beef on only one of the days of the week. Reward yourself with baked potato on alternate days of the week. The diet is easy to follow, as you just need to eat all that you would have eaten if you were down with flu! 

Nut & Muesli Diet
Most people who are looking forward to losing weight probably stay away from nuts. However, nuts are rich source of mono-saturated fatty acids that keep your heart healthy. They also make your skin glow, as they contain vitamin E. Nuts are also broken down into sugars very slowly, giving you a steady stream of energy. Muesli, on the other hand, gives you a feeling of being full and overcomes all your sugar cravings. Nuts and muesli when eaten in the right amount can help you lose weight in seven days. 

Juice Diet
As the very name suggests, juice diets are based on the idea that drinking large amounts of fruit and vegetable juices will help you detoxify your system and thereby help you lose weight. Juice diets can be very extreme, some of them just encourage incorporating fresh juices in your regular intake to increase the overall intake of minerals. However, there are juice diets which are at the other end of the spectrum, wherein people just drink juices for days on run. However, it is advisable not to get into a juice diet before consulting a doctor, as in some scenarios this diet can cause health problems if not done properly. 

This diet also has quite a few drawbacks, detoxifying your system can cause headaches and you tend to get hungry in a juice diet if you don’t supplement it with healthy food items. Chances of you putting back all those extra pounds as quickly as you have lost them are a very high possibility in juice diets. Extreme juice diets are usually followed by people who want to lose weight really fast or by people who want to rid themselves of the excess caffeine or alcohol in their bodies.
